Readings and Performances:

Wednesday, October 8, 7pm: I'll be reading with Lisa Dierbeck author of One Pill Makes You Smaller. This will take place at the Chelsea Barnes and Noble on Sixth Avenue and 20th Street. I will be reading from my new novel, Wake Up, Sir!, though the book won't be out until next July.

Saturday, October 11, 7pm: I'll be reading at KGB, 85 East 4th Street. Other readers include Tara Wray. This is for Trumpet Fiction. I'll be reading from Wake Up, Sir!

Sunday, October 12, 9pm: I'll be reading with Nelly Reifler, author of See Through. We will be reading for The Land-Grant College Review as part of the 215 Festival. This will be at the North Star Bar in Philadelphia. There will be rock bands. go to www.215festival.com

Tuesday, October 14, afternoon: I will be attending my mother's reading group as they discuss my novel, The Extra Man.

Thursday, October 16, 6-9 pm: Around 7pm, I will give a short monologue on the history of my encounters (all true) with President Clinton. Ron Kuby and Becky Avinn will also speak. There will be artwork by numerous artists, including Jules Feiffer and David Levine (the great New York Review of Books cartoonist). The current issue of McSweeney's has a DVD, which features a Lit Crib interview in my home, also known as a crib in the current argot.
