Readings, News, Performances: This incredible band, Mimi Ferocious, has come out with a new album called "250 Times Sweeter than Sugar". I've listened to the album and it's quite great, and I know this is a bit self-centered but it features a song about me called, fittingly enough, "Jonathan," and this song just won Honorable Mention for the Alternative Rock category in the 12th Annual Billboard World Songwriting Contest. The lyrics are by Stephanie St. John and I'm incredibly flattered by the whole thing. To hear the song, go to: www.mimiferocious.com and then hit the fast-forward button on the player at the bottom of the screen until you see "Jonathan" and to see the lyrics you can just click on "Lyrics" on the main screen. But better yet: buy the album! On October 7th, I will be with "One Ring Zero" at the Park Slope Barnes and Noble at 7pm. And on October 11th, I will be participating in the following progressive fundraiser:
Party for Hope
Help get out the Democratic vote in the swing states
