Readings, News, Performances:

Post Road Magazine is conducting an interview with me where anyone can ask me a question if you go to this link: http://www.postroadmag.com/20questions/JonathanAmes.phtml

Other news: I have essays in the current issues of Blackbook Magazine and Filter Magazine.

I don't know exact times or locations, but here are some future dates:
January 18th, I will be hosting a Moth event.
February 1, I will be reading from this anthology I contributed to: Naughty Spanking Stories. I think this reading will be at Babes in Toy Land.
February 9-13, I will be at the Aspen Comedy Festival in, fittingly enough, Aspen, CO.
February 16th, I will be reading at the University of Pittsburgh.
April 7th, I will be hosting a Moth at the Union Sq. Barnes and Noble.
April 11th, I will be reading at the New School.

Also, this book I edited, Sexual Metamorphosis, an anthology of the memoirs of transsexuals, will be published in April. Here's the Amazon link: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1400030145/qid=1103560686/sr=8-8/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i8_xgl14/104-2811543-1357522?v=glance&s=books&n=507846

And here's the Amazon link, while I'm at it, for a George Plimpton novel, The Curious Case of Sidd Finch, for which I wrote an introduction: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/156858296X/qid=1103560686/sr=8-2/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i2_xgl14/104-2811543-1357522?v=glance&s=books&n=507846

You should also consider www.powells.com and www.barnesandnoble.com for market-fairness reasons.

And somewhere on the Amazon site, I have an essay about Jack Kerouac. Let me see if I can find the link. After much effort, I did locate it: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/feature/-/538552/ref=ed_wui_bb_ames/104-2811543-1357522

I guess that's everything. Thank you!
