As part of this show at the Clementine gallery (see links below), artists have a chance to win health insurance. Nina Katchadourian, a very dear friend and an incredible artist, has put this project together where all of us recorded "We are the World," and the money raised from this recording will pay for one uninsured artist to have insurance. And if you go to the gallery, you can hear the song and see Patrick's portrait, my altered Van Gogh poster, and two polaroids of Patrick and myself from our posing at the gallery next to the portraits . . . and we'll be there in person on Jan.15, 22, 29, from five to six pm, and then on February 4th for the big closing party from six to eight, though it will probably run longer and there will be an after-party . . . something like that.
