(Note: I will not be teaching at Reed College this July. Due to things beyond my control, my class had to be canceled -- I apologize to anyone who did apply and hoped to attend.)

Friday, May 27th -- I will be performing at the Theater for the New City on First Avenue and 9th Street. This will be at 9:10 pm.
Tuesday, May 31st -- I will be joining the band One Ring Zero at Joe's Pub. For information go to: www.oneringzero.com
The anthology I edited, Sexual Metamorphosis: An Anthology of Transsexual Memoirs, is in the stores. Here's the Amazon link: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1400030145/qid=1115417647/sr=8-1/ref=pd_csp_1/102-9403297-8740940?v=glance&s=books&n=507846
My novel Wake Up, Sir! will be out in paperback in mid-June and I'll be doing some readings from that in New York (July 29th at the Astor Place Barnes and Noble), San Francisco (Booksmith on Haight on July 19th), and LA (Skylight Books on July 22.)
The TV pilot I wrote and acted in for Showtime, based on my book What's Not to Love?, will air sometime in 2005 or 2006. When I know the exact date and time and I will post the information. This will be a one-time thing. The show will not become a series, but at least the pilot will get broadcast.
I will have a new book of essays coming out in January of 2006 from Grove Press, and the title for that is: I Love You More Than You Know.
To see pictures of the wild closing celebration/performance at the Fez, which I hosted in March, go to www.tankboy.com/fez. Once there you will see the recreation of Matisse's "La Danse," which was perpetrated by the three dancing "Manginas."
