Readings, News, and Performances
I would like to thank all the people who came to my readings in SF, LA, and NYC. I am very appreciative of the wonderful turn-outs at all three events.
Below is a photo from my reading in SF (at the great store Booksmith) in which I'm displaying the effects of a cupping I received from an acupuncturist in SF's Chinatown. This acupuncturist is an amazing doctor and his name is Prof. Pak Wai Chu and he's located at 1329 Powell Street (between Pacific and Broadway). His phone number is 415-989-4838. He only charges $30 for a session and he healed me of a spasm on the left side of my neck and greatly relieved a strange injury I have in my right shoulder. A year ago when I visited SF he healed me of a burning sensation in my left shoulder blade.
Also, while in SF on this recent mini book-tour, I was interviewed by a very bright and engaging fellow named Edward Champion, which is quite the apt surname for this young man. This interview is in the form of a podcast and can be found at Mr. Champion's website, 'The Return of the Reluctant.' His interview series is very quirky and is called 'Bat Segundo' and it is specifically where our interview can be found: www.edrants.com/segundo/
On Friday, August 26, 9:30 pm, I will be performing a one-man show of my monologues as part of the Howl Festival. This will take place at the new performance venue Mo Pitkin's. Go here for details: http://www.howlfestival.com/event_detail.php?eventID=217
